Why We Founded AASH Consultants: A Note from The Founders

What began as a professional partnership quickly evolved into something much more—a shared vision to build a company that not only delivered high-quality transportation consulting services but did so with purpose, integrity, and a deep commitment to people.

After years of leading the transportation division at another firm, we recognized a gap in the industry: clients needed a dependable, communicative partner who could not only manage complex infrastructure projects but also build trust along the way. We knew we had the experience. But more importantly, we had a unified belief that projects run smoother—and results are stronger—when relationships are prioritized.

That belief became the foundation for AASH Consultants.

We didn’t set out to be the biggest firm. We set out to be the most dependable one. With a combined 30 years of experience in roadway design and construction management, we’ve seen firsthand the difference it makes when a consultant becomes a true project partner.
